We are the controller for the data collected through this website.
What data we process
- Data you enter yourself when you book a call or get in touch: name, email address, phone number, company name, website and anything else you put in the form.
- Technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, browser type, device and the pages you view.
- Data from cookies and similar techniques, insofar as you have given consent for them.
What we use that data for
- To get in touch with you and schedule a call.
- To prepare a proposal and, if we start working together, to perform the agreement.
- To improve our website and our services.
- To comply with legal obligations, for example the retention obligation for records.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent, on the basis of performing an agreement, on the basis of a legal obligation, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering and improving our services.
How long we keep data
We do not keep data longer than necessary. Data from enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration is kept for a maximum of two years. Records subject to a statutory retention obligation are kept for seven years.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data. We do engage service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our hosting provider, our scheduling system, our email software and our accounting. We have made agreements with those parties about the security and processing of data. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we ensure an appropriate level of protection.
Cookies
This website uses functional cookies that are needed to make the site work. We also use the Meta pixel from Meta Platforms to measure which ads lead to an enquiry. You can decline that measurement at the bottom of the page. For non-essential cookies we ask for consent in advance. You can always delete or block cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or to have it deleted. You can also object to the processing, request restriction of the processing, and request transfer of your data. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Send your request to info@miju-marketing.com. We respond within four weeks. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. If you think something is going wrong, please let us know.
Changes
We may amend this statement. The current version is always on this page.
